Abstract

1321527 Pressure gauge G BRAUER 19 Nov 1971 [3 Dec 1970] 53983/71 Heading G1L In a device for detecting fluid pressure differentials in which a diaphragm 3, mounted between two ducted chamber forming bodies 1 and 2, has a spring (15) loaded plate 14 pressed against one face, the plate 14 is attached via a post 17 to a spindle 19 extending through the body 1 to an indicating mechanism, Fig. 4 and the interior of the body 1 is formed with a frusto-conical surface 16 to provide a seating to prevent overstressing of the diaphragm 3. The spindle 19 carries a lever 29 which bears against one side of an indicator 26, Fig. 4, and on the opposite side the lever 26 abuts an arm 34 attached to a spring 33 of a micro-switch 32 integral with a pointer 31 and in circuit with a control or signal apparatus.
