Abstract
1317354 Valves ROBERT BOSCH GmbH 11 Nov 1971 [13 Jan 1971] 52405/71 Heading F2V [Also in Division G4] A two-position valve for logic switching applications has an annular closure member 18 slidable in an opening 6 of a centre plate sandwiched between a port plate (4) and an unported cover plate (2). When control pressure is applied to port 7 via port 13 in the port plate, the closure member moves to the position shown where its exterior peripheral surface closes passage 11 in the central plate, thereby disconnecting work port 15 in the port plate from supply port 16, the work port instead communicating via recess 17 in the port plate with relief port 14. Upon removing control pressure from port 7, the supply pressure at 11 shifts the closure member leftwards so that control edge 20 disconnects the work port from the relief port, the work port instead communicating with the supply port.
