1316971 Aldobionic acids from disaccharides HAYASHIBARA CO 20 May 1970 [20 May 1969] 24443/70 Heading C2C Aldobionic acids and their salts are made by treating an aqueous solution of a disaccharide with a dehydrogenase enzyme under aeration and agitation. A suitable dehydrogenase is obtained from pseudomonas graveolens IFO 3460.
