Abstract

1316181 Boxes KODAK Ltd 20 April 1972 [22 April 1971] 10695/71 Heading B8P A shoulder box for holding a stack of sheets or plates having abrasion sensitive surfaces has a strip of resilient material 10, 11 on the inner surface of a pair of opposite sides of the sleeve 2 to engage the edges of the stack and prevent movement thereof. One wall of the sleeve is formed of overlapping flaps 8, 9 so that the sleeve can be wrapped round the stack before insertion in the box. The strips 10, 11 may be of polyurethane foam. The outer surface of the sleeve and also the inner surface and/or the resilient strips may have a coating of a low friction material.
