Abstract

1314086 Shuttleless loom weft inserters SOMET SOC MECCANICA TESSILE SpA 30 April 1970 [30 April 1969] 20972/70 Heading DIE A weft-drawing gripper head has a spring loaded pivoted arm 5 with a hook 6 on its free end which grips the weft end against a thin metal plate 10 attached to a raised portion 7 of a lower arm 3. The plate 10 is attached to the arm 3, of plastics material, by a bentover tab 11 having a projection embedded in the plastics material. The end 13 of the plate 10 is bent towards the arm 3 which is provided with a notch 14 with which the tip registers upon reverse deformation.
