Abstract
1311353 Compression moulding KIKUSUI SEISAKUSHO Ltd 27 April 1970 20078/70 Heading B5A A rotary table powder compression moulding machine includes a table 1, 2 with peripherally spaced dies 4 aligned with vertically reciprocable punches 6 with their heads 11 engaged by a guide rail 7 which, at the compression position, is interrupted by a rotary cam 9 provided with an annular groove 10 receiving the heads in turn to force the punches downwardly and then raise the heads and re-deposit them on to the guide rail. In Fig. 3 the heads 34 of punches 27 are received within an annular groove 33 in an inclined rotary cam 30 engaged by a pressure roll 31. Each die is associated with a lower punch 28 and the turntable is driven by a worm 26.
