1304264 Mixing FUJI PHOTO FILM CO Ltd 16 March 1970 [17 March 1969] 12437/70 Heading B1C An emulsion is formed by passing a mixture of two solutions and an emulsifying agent through a plurality of nozzles 4 1 .. 4 n , the supply pressure of the mixture and the spacing between the orifices being such that the solution issuing from one orifice reaches the next orifice in from 1/100 to 1/50,000 of a second. Vibratory blades may be positioned in front of each orifice. The mixture may be recycled through the orifices.
