Abstract
1302128 Container assembly for storage bins J E JOYCE 3 Feb 1970 [11 Feb 1969] 5005/70 Heading B8P A container assembly for bins 40 comprises a container 10 and a rack 26 slidable in grooves defined by ribs 22 and 24 and the container rear wall 14. The assembly may be closed by a cover portion 30 of the rack or by a lid (56, Fig. 3) hinged to the rear wall 14 of the container. The bins 40 are supported on the rack by engagement of a slot along the bin rear wall with brackets 38, or by pairs of L-shaped pins (70, 72, Fig. 4) engaging pairs of holes (74, Fig. 4) in the bin bottoms, or by pairs of keys (84, Fig. 5), formed on the bin rear walls, engaging in pairs of shaped apertures (80, Fig. 5) in the rack. A bin supporting bracket or a pair of L-shaped pins may be provided on the front wall 12 of the container. The rack (26a, Fig. 3) may be held in one of several withdrawn positions by a pin (68, Fig. 3) inserted through one of a plurality of holes (66, Fig. 3) in the container side walls 18, 20 and into one of a plurality of holes (64, Fig. 3) in the vertical edges of the rack.
