Abstract

1295381 Trench shoring frames A R S MORRICE 19 April 1971 [25 March 1970] 14464/70 Heading E1E A trench shoring frame having relatively horizontally adjustable sections A, B, C adapted to be selectively advanced by rams acting on the back fill, is provided with stabilising fins such as 26, 28, 30 which are adapted to be projected from the side wall or walls to penetrate the wall of the trench in order to resist tilting of the frame during its advance. The frame is also provided with stearing and level control means 62, 64 and with a pivotal hopper 20 for discharging back-soil. For further details such as adjustment means for fins and advancing jacks thereafter to-gether with other stabilising plates, advancing jacks and modus operandi the Specification and remaining drawings (not shown), should be referred to.
