1291179 Vehicle floors BRITISH ALUMINIUM CO Ltd 19 April 1971 [26 March 1970] 14867/70 Heading B7B [Also in Division El] A vehicle floor comprises elongate elements 2 having longitudinal edge portions abutting together, one edge portion having a projection 9 engaging under a fixing strip 20. The other portion 10 overlies the strip 20 which is screwed to a support. Upstanding ribs 8, 11 are welded together. Parts 7 define the load bearing surface. The side elements 1, 3 have outer edges respectively formed with an upright wall 12 and attached to coving 4.
