Abstract

1285356 Two part capping strips H A BONNES and E RAVENSCROFT 19 Oct 1970 [12 Oct 1969] 55295/69 Heading B7B [Also in Division H2] A capping strip of plastics material and for use on caravans comprises a base portion 1 having outwardly projecting side lips 5 which snap fit with inwardly projecting side lips 6 of a cover portion 2 at least one of the lips extending at right angles to an adjacent side wall portion. The cover portion 2 may also have outwardly directed lips 12 to engage with surfaces to which the base portion is attached. The channel formed between the two portions may accommodate fixing means and also electric wiring. The base portion may have inter. mediate walls to provide grooves for such electric wiring.
