Abstract

1289832 Carry cots GILCHRIST & FISHER Ltd 28 Jan 1970 [10 Feb 1969] 7005/69 Heading A5X [Also in Division B7] A pram body removably fitted to a wheeled frame may also be used as a carry cot. The body is formed of panels 1, 2, and 3 forming seat, leg and back supporting portions respectively. Side walls 4 are hinged at 5 and 6 to the panels 1 and 3. The panel 3 has a waist W at a foldline 8 to facilitate folding the side walls 4 upwardly and the simultaneous raising of panel 3 to a gentle inclination. The body may be made from two counterside sheets of synthetic plastics material with interposed stiffening boards, e.g. of cardboard in the manner described in Specification 1009633.
