Abstract

1282932 Labels ENGINEERING MODEL ASSOCIATES 24 July 1969 37303/69 Heading B8F [Also in Division B5] A removable tag for use in identifying components of engineering models, particularly piping, comprises a display sheet of paper secured to a resilient layer of foam plastics or rubber, whose free face is coated with adhesive. The resilient layer is compressed at the point or line of contact with the component, thereby increasing the area of contact, and the display sheet is of a predetermined thickness sufficient to maintain the sheet flat in use. The adhesive layer may be protected by a backing sheet, which may or may not be scored when cutting individual tags from a sheet of the material.
