Abstract

1,271,612. Aerating apparatus. HERON ESTAB. 1 April, 1970 [2 April, 1969], No. 15409/70. Heading B1C. [Also in Division Fl] A container 12, e.g. for ice cream 12, has a removable core 10 through which gas is injected to aerate the liquid, and through which the aerated liquid can flow to leave the container. The two passages 4 and 2 respectively, have control valves 7, 8 and the outlet passage 2 communicates with a passage 3 through which gas from the space 13 also flows to the outlet. The core may be removed and sterilised and the container may be disposable. A screwthreaded stopper closes the container when the core is not fitted.
