[Also in Division C3] A laminated material, suitably forming a body constricting garment such as a girdle, comprises an intermediate foraminous sheet 20 of elastomeric latex, and thin stretch fabric outer layers 31 and 32 bonded thereto. The foraminous sheet has open and closed regions 200, the open regions each having a plurality of perforations 195 and more perforations than the closed regions, and at least some of said closed regions having a predetermined lesser thickness of latex than said open regions such that said closed regions have a greater surface of latex per unit area than said open regions without having a correspondingly greater amount of latex per unit area.
