A vehicle cab interior is heated or cooled by passing heated air from the engine compartment 11 or cool air from ambient atmosphere through at least one hollow wall member, e.g. a hollow floor 2, front uprights 3, rear uprights 4 and roof 5, so that the cab is heated or cooled solely by heat transfer through the wall member from or to the air.
