[Also in Division E2] A plastics seal for the neck of a bag or the like comprises a housing 12 and an integral elongated shackle 10 provided with a plurality of spaced ridges 16 selectively engageable by a group of resilient fingers 30 within the housing each finger having a root portion integral with the housing and thickening towards a free end portion engageable with a shackle ridge to prevent withdrawal of the shackle from the housing. The housing has an integral ear 14 and is reinforced by internal longitudinal ribs.
