Abstract

1,257,031. Channel-section members. METAL SECTIONS Ltd. 6 March, 1969 [7 March, 1968], No. 11092/68. Heading E1K. A channel-section member 10 has a slot 13 cut in it and from the edges of this slot perpendicular thereto run cuts 14, thus defining tongues 15 and 16 which may be bent back to produce a smooth edged hole. The edges of the flanges may be bent in at 12 (Fig. 2). The member is used in the construction of demountable panelling.
