A multiple contact connector for receiving a plug member such as a printed circuit-board 25 comprises an insulated housing 1 having compartments each containing at least one strip-shaped contact bent at 13 to form limbs of unequal length, the longer providing a connecting tag 11, the shorter providing a contact point 15 and being stressed away from the longer limb to bear against a body portion 27 and, at its free end, in the opposite direction against the portion 23. The contacts may be carried on a separately inserted body portion 29.
