Abstract
1,251,020. Egg product. DELL FOODS Ltd. 31 July, 1970, No. 37149/70. Addition to 1,193,958. Heading A2B. Egg white and a stick of crystallised egg yolk are disposed in an elongated container, whereby the container is substantially full when sealed, and the egg white is thereafter solidified, for example by heating or freezing whilst shaking the container whereby the yolk is laterally surrounded by the white. The shaking should have a component perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the container, which is itself preferably vertical.
