1362764 Confectionery S L KAYE CO INC 10 May 1972 [20 Sept 1971] 21860/72 Heading A2B [Also in Division B6] An article of confectionery comprises a solid edible confectionery portion with an elongated support having one end embedded in the confectionery portion, there being a longitudinal passage in the support extending to the embedded end, where it is closed by a solid closure such as a plug. The support may be in the form of a ball-pen or a pencil, or a whistle, or may, if the passage extends all the way through the support, act as a receptacle for a material such as bubble gum.
