A resilient sealing strip particularly for sealing between the vertical edges of sliding doors and the frame jambs comprises a channel of U-shaped cross section, one side wall a constituting a flat base part of the strip for attachment to a sliding door and the other side wall c comprising two mutually inclined flat portions formed integrally and contiguous with each other. The outermost portion converging towards the base part, and may have a termi-- nating bulbous bead. The exposed parts are preferably covered with a pile.
