Abstract

1,246,413. Carton. FIELD, SONS & CO. Ltd. 23 Feb., 1970 [13 March, 1969], No. 13269/69. Heading B8P. A carton is formed from a continuous wall strip 10, the edges 11, 12 of which are folded inwardly about lines 13, 14 and adhered to the strip to leave a gap between their adjacent edges, a panel 31 being located in the gap. A lug 18 secures together the ends of the strip and tabs 15, 16 are secured to the panel 31. The carton may be boat-shaped, heart-shaped, shield-shape, or bell-shape. A loose closure for the bottom of the box may be provided.
