Abstract
1,240,970. Treating liquids. ERIEZ MFG. CO. 24 June, 1970, No. 30673/70. Heading C1C. Liquid containing suspended non-magnetic solids and magnetic particles has a flocculant added at 14 as it flows in a conduit 13. The agglomerates formed by flocculation are passed through the field of magnets 18, 19, whereby they grow in size before being passed into a settling tank 10.
