Abstract
1,237,782. Packaging and feeding sheets. FUJI SHASHIN FILM K.K. 11 July, 1968 [4 Aug., 1967], No. 33142/68. Headings B8C and B8R. [Also in Division G2] A film packing for cut films comprises a paper strip 2 folded a plurality of times and a plurality of cut films 1 inserted individually into the folds of the paper strip. A magazine 3 adapted to be loaded with the packing comprises an exit slot 8 formed by the sloping ends of the top and bottom of the magazine, an idler roller 9 disposed within the magazine for guiding out the paper strip 2 through slot 10 and driven paper and film feed out rollers 11 and 12 respectively. In operation, one end of the folded paper is drawn over roller 9 to feed-out rollers 11 which causes the film sheets to be carried to exit slot 8 where they are engaged by the feed-out rollers 12. An alternative arrangement of the feed-out rollers is shown in Fig. 6 (not shown).
