Abstract

Chairs, securing to sleepers.-Sleepers have ribs c, Fig. 4, one of which is engaged by a claw g on the chair f which is secured by a metal key i driven between the other rib c and a claw g on the chair. Lateral displacement of the chair is prevented by projections h, h<1>, Fig. 3, on the chair engaging recesses in the ribs c under the rails.
