[Also in Division F1] Apparatus for dispensing liquids comprising a flexible tube 10 adapted to be compressed in one region by means of a member 14 and a lever 11 located in a fixed position relative to an open end of the tube and, in a second region, adapted to be compressed by a second pair of members 15, 11 at the same time as, or before pressure is removed from the first region, the latter pair of members then being caused to move in order to disperse the liquid. The member 14 is carried by an adjusting screw 17 so that in co-operation with the lever 11, which is loaded by a spring 13, the tube may be moved towards or away from the member 15 in order that the amount of liquid dispensed may be varied. The member 15 is in the form of a roller mounted on a rotary shaft 16. A gauge tube (21, Fig. 2) may be connected to the tube 10 in order that the setting of the member 14 can be checked.
