Abstract

A gas valve as described in Specification 1,133,456 is modified by positioning the spring 48 biasing the auxiliary valve closure member 18 to the closed position between a shoulder 49 on the main valve closure member 17 and at least two projections 401 on the nut 40. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 1,133,456.
