Paper fabrics; materials, special, fabrics containing; ramie fabrics; yarns specially doubled, fabrics with.-A fabric is woven from spun paper yarn or yarn made direct from pulped cellulose with or without a core of cotton, ramie, &c. After sizing and pressing, the cloth is treated with surfacing or filling material to form book cloth or artificial leather such as is used for bags and other fancy goods.
