Abstract

1,214,271. Wire trays. MID-WEST METALLIC PRODUCTS INC. 24 Feb., 1969, No. 9825/69. Heading B8P. A wire receptacle as described in Specification 1,061,780, designed for mutual nesting but also having U-shaped support brackets 14 on its sides with recesses 14a, 14b for stacking like receptacles on top in the same position as for nesting, are modified to receive shallower receptacles 15, 16 by having pockets 21 cut in the brackets 14 into which the edges 16 of the shallower receptacle may be slid so that kinks 16a index into them. The shallower receptacle comprises a frame of parallel wires 15 having side-wall portions 15a joining the edge wires 16 and joined to cross-wires 18. The shallower receptacles may be slid into position to provide an intermediate shelf even when the deeper receptacles are stacked.
