The subject-matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specifications 1,208,574 and 1,208,577, but the claims are concerned with the provision of metal layers extending over the sunken grown oxide layer on the silicon body to effect electrical connection to the exposed surface parts of that silicon body.
