[Also in Divisions B8 and E2] U-shaped closure clips consist of a web and two legs 17 end portions of the legs being bent over outwardly and form a thin connecting web 13 by which each clip is joined to the next to form a strip from which they can be easily separated and the connecting web at each bend has a U-shaped indentation 18. The web has lateral concave surfaces. Adjacent the connecting web the legs are reduced in thickness, the remainder of the clip being reinforced by a rib 23.
