1,204,079. 079. Film winding device. KOMBINAT VEB PENTACON DRESDEN KAMERA-UND KINOWERKE. Jan.16, 1969, No.2566/69. Heading G2A. A film winding device has means to sense the winding diameter of a take-up spool, so that on movement of a winding lever through a constant angle, the film advances a constant amount. A winding lever 7, biased towards an initial stop 5 by a spring 12, on rotation to an end stop 6 contacts a pin 8 projecting from a wheel 3 and by means of gearwheels 21, 22, rigidly mounted on a shaft 20 and biased to rotate anticlockwise and spring claw 26 turns a film take-up spool 14. A sensing lever 1 is positioned according to the winding diameter and through a gear system 17, 18, 19 sets a stop surface 15 against which a pin 9 on the wheel 3 rests on return of the lever 7. The angle through which the lever 7 turns before contacting pin 8 is therefore dependent on the winding diameter. (For Figure see next page)
