1,072,815. Photographic cameras. PENTACON DRESDEN KAMERA - UND KINOWERKE VEB. May 19, 1965, No. 21177/65. Heading G2A. A photographic camera having a roller-blind shutter tensioned by rotation of a cog 5 freely mounted on spindle 2, is characterized by a lever 7 pivoted on the cog and having a nose 11 engageable by a driving element 4 during tensioning of the shutter and an arm 10 adapted to co-operate with a projection 24 to hold the shutter in the set position. For release, a lever 23 is depressed to pivot lever 7 and disengage it from the element 4 and also to move the projection 9 of the lever 7 so that during the running down of the shutter this projection operates flash contacts 19, 20, and 21.
