[Also in Division F2] A motor vehicle front or rear suspension comprises a linkage between which and the vehicle frame is included a screw jack for adjusting the vehicle height, the screw jack being operated from a reversible electric motor through an epicyclic gearing which incorporates internal annular gears each comprising an internal toothed annulus 13c, a fixed outer steel annulus 13a and a middle annular member 13b formed of rubber.
