119,357. Mangan, J. C. Dec. 20, 1917. Necktie - retainers.-A necktie is passed through metal loops attached permanently or by buckles 9 to a flexible strip 1 which is passed around, or between the folds of, a collar, to which it is secured by a hole 12 fitting on the back stud. The loops 2 have anti-friction rollers 4, and may be provided with clips 15 for engaging under the bottom edge of the collar.
