Driving and feed devices; gauges.-Consists in improvements in the automatic gauging and stopping devices claimed in the parent Specification. The lever in contact with the work is made in the form of a notched disk 3 adjustably secured to the arm 4 by a screw connexion. When the edge 21 is worn, the notch may be enlarged to provide a new one. As shown in Fig. 2, the disk may have a number of notches forming teeth 22 between. Those teeth may be all of one radius; or they may be of different radii, so that work of different diameters may be gauged.
