Abstract

1,180,565. Prefabricated portable sanitary units for workmen. PORTSILO Ltd. 13 Sept., 1967 [13 June, 1966], No. 26304/66. Heading E1A. A prefabricated, portable sanitary unit for workmen and campers housing at least a wash basin, water closet, urinal or combination thereof has a metal base 11, sheet metal outer walls and a roof 13 of moulded translucent plastics which is formed with a peripheral recess in a side wall to define an upward extension of a door opening in the outer wall. The unit is provided with all necessary plumbing which may be wrapped in electrical heating tape or enclosed in ducting for circulating warm air. The unit may be a double one as shown having a partition therein or consist of a single unit for dimensions of which together with other minor details the Specifications 1180564 and 1180566 should be referred to.
