Abstract
117,942. Whitham, F. E. Aug. 8, 1917. Concrete vessels.-In reinforcements for concrete structures and of the kind comprising flattened helices or coils C intermeshed and locked together by longitudinal bars D, the latter are indented alternately on opposite sides, as shown in Fig. 3, to position the coils. For ships' hulls, dry docks, &c., two or more layers are placed near together carvel fashion so that the coils and bars of the fabrics cross at an angle, as shown in Fig. 4.
