Abstract

1,176,387. Transistor oscillator circuits. BUCHUNGSMASCHINENWERK, KARLMARX-STADT. VEB. 19 April, 1967, No. 18016/67. Heading H3T. A pulse generating oscillator comprises a Schmitt trigger 1 having regenerative feedback via a delay device, such as capacitor 3 and incorporating a gate in the feedback path to enable the oscillation to be interrupted. The regenerative feedback may be taken via an inverter 2 or from the collector of transistor T1. The operation is inhibited by feeding a binary 1 to all inputs E1 . . . E3. In Fig. 4 (not shown), two feedback paths are provided via separate AND and OR gates to respective capacitors so that pulses of differing frequency may be obtained by inhibiting the appropriate AND gate.
