[Also in Division F2] The tang 38 of a bar 39 engages a transverse recess 37 in a bolt 32 and holds it against rotation whilst a cylindrical spanner head 40 rotates a nut 10, formed with peripheral driving lugs (not shown) which extend into recesses 47 provided in the opening 44 of the head and which are engaged by shoulders 49 when the head is rotated. When sufficient torque is applied the lugs are sheared off and further rotation of the nut is prevented.
