An electrical connector for connecting conductors to terminals comprises a bent metal member 1 having a narrow end portion 8 for insertion into a screw-clamp terminal socket (not shown), an intermediate portion covered by insulation 2 and a wider end portion 6 with a bore, embossed at 7, for a clamping screw 3 which secures a conductor 5 to end 6 by means of an arcuate pressure plate 4. Conductors may be secured on both sides of screw 3 and, by using the arrangement shown in broken lines, vertically offset conductors may be connected to terminals lying side-by-side
