1,167,882. Shaft seals. ROBBINS AVIATION Inc. 20 Oct., 1966 [20 Oct., 1965], No. 47055/66. Heading F2B. The subject-matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in Specification 1,125,912 but the claims are concerned with the arrangement of the seal (55), bush (68) and sleeve (40) within the housing (20). The length of the sleeve is such that the bush is compressed by the end face of the sleeve when the housing is screwed in position.
