Controlling handles or levers associated with hand steering-devices.-A lever 78 controlling an air-inlet valve and a priming- valve on a carburettor is mounted in a casing 80 secured to the steering - column by a notched strap, and is connected by a wire or rod 83 to an arm on the air valve. A detent 89 engaging the segment 90 retains the lever in positions for starting and for supplying hot and cold air. A similar control device may be secured to the dashboard.
