Abstract

The end of a conveyer roller 20 is supported by a stub axle 26 which is passed through the sides 12 of a longitudinal framework member 11 and secured to an inner bearing member 23 by a spring fastening 16. In place of the fastening, cotter-pins or wires may be passed through holes in the stub axle. The framework member may be of inverted channel shape.
