1,155,734. Abrasive tools. CARLSON TOOL & MACHINE CO. 22 Sept., 1966 [17 Feb., 1966], No. 4073/68. Divided out of 1,155,733. Heading B3D. An abrasive element for finishing the free ends of bristles in a brush finishing apparatus comprises a disc-like member 3 having a part spherical or convex abrading surface 4 coated with an abrasive material and provided on its interior or concave side with a central hub 5 for mounting said element on a driven shaft 6 for rotating the element. The abrasive material may be granular particles of nickel clad tungsten carbide.
