Abstract
1,154,733. Hook fastenings. MAURICE LIPKIN & CO. Ltd. 17 May, 1967 [7 June, 1966], No. 25307/66. Heading E2A [Also in Division A3] A clasp for a necklace comprises iriterengaging hinged parts 10, 11, the part 10 having two sets of hooks 20 to engage removably eyelets 30 on the ends of strands 25, 26 and 27 of pearls or the like. The hooks on one side may be closed to engage the eyelets permanently. Alternatively one or both end or ends of the strands are attached to a plate which has a series of holes which removably engage posts secured to the part 10.
