UNITED STATES PATENT CFFICE DESIGN FOR A NECKLACE OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Alfred Philippe, Scarsdale, N. Y., assignor to Trifari, Krussman & Fishel, Inc., New York, N. Y.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Alfred Philippe, a citizen of the United States .of America, residing in Scarsdale, county ci Westchester, and States of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Necklace or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Fig. 1 is a plan View of a necklace or similar article, showing my new design.

Fig. 2 is an edge View thereof.

The links shown in full lines are repeated alternately throughout the length of the necklace as indicated by the broken line disclosure.

I claim: The ornamental design for a necklace or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
