968,914. Spring catches. A. G. P. GIBBS. March 5, 1963 [March 22, 1962], No. 11055/62. Heading E2A. A clasp comprises a V-shaped tongue having limbs 4a, 4b which tend to resiliently diverge and which are insertable in an aperture 2. Each limb has a groove 5 extending across the limb with decreasing depth and arranged to engage the walls of the aperture 2 to fasten the clasp. Because of the shape of the groove the tongue has to be rotated relative to the aperture in order to disengage the clasp.
