Abstract

Conjugate filaments are wet-spun by feeding two liquids separately from supply chambers 8 and 9 and passages 11 and 12 in a block 1 through passages 13 and 14 and gaps 15 and 16 to common chambers 17 and spinning orifices 19, the passages, gaps and common chambers being formed by an arrangement of perforations and indentations in a coiled strip.
